The Emotional Wellbeing Service (EWS) offers free, confidential support for young people aged 10–17 across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, focusing on early intervention around mental health, self-esteem, resilience, and risk-related behaviours.
Brand New Media designed and built a fresh, user-friendly WordPress website that meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. The site is fully editable by the EWS team, allowing them to update content, create new sections, and expand with video or podcasts in the future. A secure online referral system was also integrated, enabling young people to access support quickly and confidentially.
