Our goal is to deliver a top quality professional service noted for its creativity, thoroughness and balanced response to the needs of our clients and the achievement of best practice in sustainability.

Whether in relation to our projects, management of our procedures, all decisions and actions will be considered in the context of their effect on the environment.

For example, this relates to the following activities:

• Using servers that host our websites that use energy from sustainable sources (where possible),
• Keeping printed matter to an absolute minimum and recycling where possible,
• Making the fullest practicable use of sustainable transport such as walking, public transport and cycling,
• Using resources such as energy, water and raw materials efficiently,
• Providing an in-house composting facility for all biodegradable matter (e.g. from lunches/ coffee and tea),
• Minimising waste through re-use of recycling,
• Encouraging homeworking to reduce carbon emissions that derive from long distant commuting to work.
• To never leave any computers, printers, scanners, light boxes etc. on unless in use and not to leave on standby overnight.
• To use all energy efficient light bulbs and switch off when not in use.

All employees are responsible for playing their part in achieving its objectives. This policy will be regularly monitored and reviewed to ensure it complies with current knowledge and best practice.
